These days a lot of software is cloud based. If this is the case all the VA needs is a login and password. If the software is not in the cloud, the program can be installed on the VA’s computer or accessed through a Remote Desktop program and she works exactly like you would as if the computer were in your office.
If you have concerns about password when you stop working with your VA it is a perfect reminder to update your passwords as a means of good security measures.
