Often it is from their home office.  As long as the VA has a good internet connection the work can be done anywhere.  Some clients prefer their VA to be in the same geographical location, but this is not necessary.

If you have certain tasks that need to be done at your office, check with the VA if they can, not all VAs are in a position to come to your office and work.  There are VAs who offer onsite support to help with admin tasks, sick leave and holiday leave.

It is important to remember a VA is invested in the success of her clients.  She knows that if her clients’ business succeeds, so too does her business.
